Based in sunny California, they are going from strength to strength. The bike we're reviewing here today is the S-works Tarmac SL3, a sturdy, classic bike. Specialized always try to optimise the efficiency of their products and so analysed practically every atom of the SL2 to find out what they could do to make it even better. It's a whole ten percent lighter than the SL2 and is a rider's dream with regards to speed, and speed changes. The Specialized Tarmac SL3 has also gained 18 percent in torsional stiffness.
